Last night from 12:00–1:00 a.m.(technically today since I studied a couple of hours after I posted the Week 4 Day 1 article) I studied the relationship between human behavior and the internal clock. I did not get too tired, especially given that I was under my covers in my bed while studying. However, I noticed that I was reading a little slower and I often had to rewind in a video to comprehend what the narrator had said.

Exciting Announcement!!!
On Week 15, I’m letting YOU guys choose the study method for the week. Comment below with which study method you want me to use. My schedule for study methods throughout every week is listed on the introduction to my blog (hyperlinked).

Thanks so much for reading, and I will see you all tomorrow!
