Week 5 Day 4— Studying in the Morning
I’m Shaams Nur, a 9th grader from Birmingham, Alabama. My goal during quarantine is to experiment with 15 study methods over 100 days.
Today is Thursday, meaning it is mid-week reflection day! So far, my rating of studying early in the morning is 8/10. I can feel my body getting more tired earlier in the night and feeling more energetic earlier in the day. One advantage of waking up early is now clear to me: my day feels 10x longer (in a good way). The only reason this method is not a 9 or 10/10 is because at the beginning of the week, I felt very groggy in the morning. I have a hunch that studying in the morning by using the Feynman Notebook Method will be really effective for me in the future school year. Now, I just have to get used to waking up in the morning!
Exciting Announcement!!!
On Week 15, I’m letting YOU guys choose the study method for the week. Comment below with which study method you want me to use. My schedule for study methods throughout every week is listed on the introduction to my blog (hyperlinked).
Please feel free to leave any questions down below! I will try to answer as many as possible. Additionally, I have created a notification mailing list for my blog. If you would like to be added to this, please sign up through this Google Form or email me (shaams3000@gmail.com).
Thanks so much for reading, and I will see you guys tomorrow at 9 a.m. sharp!
