Week 9 Day 2 — Study-exercise-study
I’m Shaams Nur, a 9th grader from Birmingham, Alabama. My goal during quarantine is to experiment with 15 study methods over the next 100 days.
Today I started using study-exercise-study. I reviewed the method and the effects of exercise on the brain, then played tennis for about an hour, and then studied the method once again. I also had to do a math quiz for unrelated reasons after exercising. So far, I’m not really noticing any advantages of using this method.
